I am greatly inspired by the beautiful Faroese nature and the untapped opportunities that it provides.

Throughout the years I have experimented with unconventional Faroese materials and consider it an artistic challenge to use and further develop these materials.

I see them as 'A Faroese treasure trove'! I use, e.g., fish skin and scales, sheep's intestines, stomachs and horns. I personally prepare these materials and thereby they form the basis of my artistic expression.

In my studio in Oyrareingir, I create jewellery and also objects that I combine into sculptural compositions. Please feel free to contact me for further information
